Kelsey Traughber, LCSW
Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Kelsey is a social worker and therapist with more than a decade of experience across schools, community mental health, and addiction treatment. She earned her Master of Social Work from the University of Louisville and her Bachelor of Science in Social Work from Spalding University.
She began her career as a school-based therapist with Seven Counties Services, supporting children and teens through anxiety, behavioral challenges, and the pressures of growing up, and went on to lead clinical teams in addiction and mental health treatment.
Her style is grounded, practical, and warm — a steady presence for the hard work of change, whether you're a young person finding words for big feelings, an adult navigating recovery, or a family in a hard season.

MA · LMHC · LCAC · LCADC · LICDC-CS · CCTP · CCS
Jessica is a licensed mental health and addiction professional with more than 15 years of experience helping people navigate mental health concerns, substance use, trauma, life transitions, and the patterns that leave them feeling stuck. She earned her MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University and her BA in Psychology from Indiana University Southeast, with specialized training in integrative and holistic mental health.
She draws from CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, and trauma-informed care, alongside a whole-person focus on lifestyle, nutrition, movement, and nervous-system regulation — recognizing the connection between mental, emotional, and physical well-being, and caring for the whole person, not just a diagnosis.
Compassionate, collaborative, and practical, she looks beyond surface-level symptoms to help clients understand their underlying patterns, build on their strengths, and create change that fits their lives. She also brings deep experience in behavioral-health leadership, clinical supervision, and program development.

“I believe people are more than their symptoms. When we take the time to understand the whole person — their experiences, their patterns, their strengths, and what matters to them — we can begin to create change that truly fits their life.”
