Individual Therapy

Individual therapy is for adults that wish to address their concerns on a one-to-one basis. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, to address depression and anxiety. Other concerns that can be the focus for sessions include stress management, sexual health/functioning, career change planning, relationship challenges, grief and loss, trauma, and many other concerns. You can expect to be heard, validated, and at times challenged to achieve your individualized goals for counseling.
